There is also a microwave, small refrigerator, plates, dishes, an electric stovetop, and cooking implements. The studio is separate to the main house, with its own entrance, yard to relax in outside, and your own off street parking space. There is also a washer and dryer and covered bike parking available onsite. Safe, convenient, quiet, and beautiful, this is a fantastic place! 15 minute bike ride to U of A, along safe Bike Boulevard streets. --Less than a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods; 10 minutes to Starbucks. Multiple restaurants within a 20 minute walk. A bus stop is a 4 minute walk away. --15 minute drive to downtown, or ride the bus. --All furnishings and utilities already taken care of. You just have to walk in. --No stairs or long walk from your parking space; no loud neighbors. --If you do not damage the studio or property, I will give you your entire safety deposit back. There won't be any tricks here, as there can be at apartments. International students are welcome! LGBTQ friendly. And grad students are encouraged to apply! The studio is open for everything from a 3 week to a 2 month lease, with flexibility to go longer.
