You can rent either the main 2BR, 2 full bath Main house alone or rent the Main house with the Casita. The Casita will not be rented out alone. Note: there is a $400/month savings by not including the Casita in the rental. Annual Rental Rates: 2BR-2 Full Bath Main House (no casita rental) $2,000 / month 3BR-3 Full Bath entire house (Main house plus casita $2,400) For Seasonal Rental Rates: Call text or email Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis. A $50/month Pet fee will be part of the lease should you have a pet staying. No smoking allowed in the house and no landline phone is supplied. Stonecrest has a three month minimum on any lease.
