Hello, I own a tri-level house just off Highway 36 n' Wadsworth (15 minute morning commute to Boulder, or 30 minutes to Denver) I live in the finished basement, and am looking to rent two of the three upstairs bedrooms. (want to keep the third bedroom upstairs unoccupied). The living room and dining room area are furnished but rarely used,..including brand new 60-inch TV with Netflix, PLEX, Amazon Prime, etc. Even though this is a shared space, I'm rarely up there except to use kitchen. The Master Bedroom is available February 15th,...it has its own private bath in the room and comes with a garage spot with opener for $950/month. The single bedroom is available NOW and is $850/month. The bathroom is not attached to the room, but is in the hall and is essentially a private bathroom for you. The first 3 photos are of the Master and bathroom, the next two photos are the other bedroom and its bathroom. I would like to start with a six-month lease, and then can renew it for a year. First and last months' rent due upon move in, with last months' rent serving as a security deposit. Additionally, we will split utilities (cable, electric, gas, internet, trash, and water) which comes out to approx. $125/month each. - I am less than a mile from both Westminster City Park as well as Broomfield City Park. Surrounded by cycling trails, shopping, AMC theatre, Fat Cats, Dave n Busters, Butterfly Pavilion, etc -Large fenced backyard with huge garden, fruit trees, grape vines, covered patio for grilling and hanging out in the summer. -Plenty of storage space/shelving in garage if you need it. -Washer and dryer in house along with all major/minor appliances in kitchen. -My cat and dog are very well behaved and spend almost all the time with me downstairs, but applicant should certainly be animal friendly. -In additional person should also be 420 tolerant. I am very respectful of others space and privacy, and would expect the same from you. I'm pretty active outdoors with hiking and biking and like to do a little travelling in the summer months.
