The rent will be $1900 for 12 months (They also have 4-14 months lease for slightly different price). The only difference between taking our lease and renting from leasing office is we'll transfer $800 deposit to you, plus $300 cash. So you can save $1100. We only lived there for 3 months so the condition is very good.
