    There are two, 2 bdrm 1 bath units with 2 garages right off Mission Ave in Santa Cruz. Washers, dryers, and fridges included. Many good restaurants, a CVS and a Safeway near by. An easy run up to UCSC if you have a student or are looking for something you can rent to students That is actually how I bought it. My son lived in one bedroom of the back unit, he rented the second bedroom to a friend and, we rented the front 2 bedrooms to 4 students. The rentals paid for the place and my son had no rental costs. You could do the same. The back unit has a patio yard for Bar B Que and outdoors sun. I wanted to sell them separately since they have separate APN numbers. But so far have not been able to work out details with the city., It might be possible to buy one unit through a contracted sale and purchase option. The current renters terms are up August 21st for the rear unit which is rented for $2800 and July 31st for the front unit rented for $2750. The rents will go up when the current leases are up. Many times some or all of the students want to stay. So, depending on what you want and the deal we work out, I will notify the students. A substantial down payment and someone who wants to buy both units might convince me to carry the balance of a first mortgage to make it easier on you. Looking at current valuations the back unit is worth about $800,000 and the front $750,000. I would sell both for 1,350,000. Or make an offer.
