It is a third floor apartment that is a sublet for me. I am renting out my bedroom as I will be moving out once this semester is empty. My roommate is a current UC student. It is a 10 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute walk to Kroger. University student preferred. Rent is for sublet from the beginning of May through July which is the end of the lease. Rent and move in move out dates are negotiable.
