You'll really like the front porch and the big backyard. There's some nice landscaping that is just a little over-grown from a couple of years of minimal care. It's won't take much to bring it back. The roof and siding were replaced in 2011. The windows are new, tilt-in, double-pane windows and were installed in 2011 too. There was a new furnace put in about 3 years ago also. When it was put in, they installed it with a proper plenum to allow for central air conditioning. The owner opted to keep the window units at that time. With a little more updating, this could be a charming home in this quiet, north-central Norman neighborhood.
