No work has been done on this home since initially purchased in the 1980's. Leaks through walls where the ceiling meets with wall, especially when raining. Water stained walls with no insulation and horse hair fiber foundation. Tiles missing in shower areas. no heat in 2nd floor bathroom. Ceiling collapsing in first floor bathroom because of water damage. Also continuing bedbug infestation. Told owner last year and still nothing has been done to solve the problem. hole in roof causing water staining on 2nd floor ceiling. Tub in bathroom is slowly collapsing through floor.
