The apartment has a no-shoes policy on area rugs and in bedrooms, and sensitive plumbing requires only toilet paper to be flushed. The lawn area is shared, but beyond the wooden fence is private. Only five guests are allowed, and any additional person not listed on the reservation will incur a penalty of $100 per person, per night, with immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Social gatherings, visits from unlisted guests, and parties are strictly prohibited, with quiet hours after 10 pm. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes, and checkouts after 12 pm will incur an additional night's charge.
