It's also super close to the RTP corporate area; my girlfriend works in RTP and it's usually just a 15-minute drive. Only 12 minutes from NC State too Once we got the house, we did a major renovation and had contractors split it into two separate units upstairs and downstairs, so we don't bother each other.
