This charming, fully furnished property with large backyard featuring a firepit and patio is a perfect space for a small family or a two roommates looking to be centrally located in a walkable neighborhood. The detached garage was recently renovated. It is electrically outfitted, insulated, and dry-walled, along with having a window air conditioner. This space makes a great space for a separate office, den, or play room. We are open only to rentals of at least 6 months. There is no option for the house to come unfurnished. Internet is covered by the owner, but renters are responsible for MLGW payments and yard maintenance. No smoking is allowed in the house. We live in a neighborhood of families and expect our renters to treat all of the neighbors with respect and courtesy. There is a covered carport for parking as well as free parking on the street.
