First off, you may wonder, why one-month minimum? It's the new law in Chelan and limitation of HOA. Sorry! If you are interested in one month or more, keep reading. We absolutely cannot accept shorter stays. The space The main level boasts vaulted ceilings, combining indoor and outdoor living via floor-to-ceiling windows with a full-length deck. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with generous seating, an island, and stainless steel appliances, and 8-people dining table. Main level with a Master bedroom & additional bedroom . The upper level features a large loft w/ lake views and a 75in TV. Lower level has two additional bedrooms, and office/workout room w/ slider to large covered patio & hot tub You'd also have access to two pools, and two waterfront parks, buoys, sports courts, playgrounds & more! 5 minutes away from downtown Chelan! Guest access Entire home House rules This is month to month rental. Renter is responsible for maintenance. Check-in: After 2:00 PM Checkout: 12:00 PM Self check-in with lockbox No smoking No parties or events Pets are allowed Additional rules No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum rental property capacity is 10 people. Guests are not allowed to sleep in the living area overnight. No parties or events of any kind. Guests should park is assigned space only in the driveway and must show consideration by not being overly loud in the neighborhood when arriving or leaving. Please be friendly and courteous and treat your neighbors in the manner you want to be treated. Respect your neighbors' privacy and property. Please be sure to pick up after yourself and keep the property clean, presentable, and free of trash. When you cook, please clean up all spills on the stove and please load and run the dishwasher before checking out. Please clean as you go in all other areas of the house. Always wipe down all areas after use. Plenty of cleaning supplies and paper towels in the kitchen under he sink. No dirty or muddy shoes or boots are allowed inside the home-please leave outside the front/back door. There are throw away rags under the kitchen sink if you need to clean anything messy, do not use bathroom towels please. There is a faucet & hose on the right side of the hot tub that you may use to rinse off sand or dirt as needed. Do not move any furniture around in the house please. No sporting equipment allowed inside the house this includes skis, bikes, scooters or anything big and bulky. If you need storage for any large items like this please use the backyard or the lower deck. No smoking anywhere in the property at any time. No candles or open flames of any kind allowed on property. Quiet time is 9 pm . Quiet time means no music, loud talking or yelling in the patio area. NO BREAKABLES LIKE GLASS, CHINA ALLOWED within 6 feet of hot tub. We have provided plastic cups for your to use in the hot tub. If you break anything glass or china etc in the hot tub the minimum charge to drain and clean it is $300. Hot Tub Rules: 1) Quiet time 9pm year-round outside 2) Always use shower before using 3) Must wear a proper swimsuit 4) No regular "street" wear or other cotton style or dyed garments allowed 5) No soaps, oils, lotions or beauty products 6) No cleaning yourself or clothing in the hot tub 7) Please keep music & talking at a respectful volume level for neighbors 8) Clean after use with provided hand net & hand pump vacuum 9) Put hot tub cover back on after each session- Ask host for help if needed 10) No unregistered guests allowed in hot tub or on premises Dispose of the recycling and garbage in the appropriate provided bins. Put all leftover food in garbage. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of $15 per night. Make sure to turn off the lights, heater, and any electronics when you leave the house. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN FRONT OF THE HEATER. It will short out due to over heating. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. Turn off the outdoor patio lights before going to sleep. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Before you use the grill, please move it to the front of the windows side, to avoid the flammable green wall. Please abide by all seasonal and emergency bans. Even if fire restrictions are not in place, we ask guests to be vigilant. Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property's internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay. You are responsible for (1) any damage or loss that occurs at the Property during your stay; (2) a charge of up to $1,000 for violations of the pet policy, including for bringing more pets or different types of pets than specifically authorized; (3) an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services, if greater) for violations of any of the guest policies above (other than the pet policy) or for excessive cleaning required by the acts or omissions of any Occupant during your stay; and (4) any fines issued by police, other government officials or agencies, utility providers, and/or homeowner associations for violation of any law, ordinance, or rule during your stay, and any damages (which may exceed the amount of fines) that result from the violation. If any unauthorized download of copyrighted material via the Property's Internet service occurs during the period of your stay, you agree that we may obtain and share your contact information with the internet service provider or any other party we believe, for any reason, has enforcement rights.
