We tend to be a good match for single grad/professional students who want to be close to the eastside campus but in a quieter place. There is also a small covered back porch adjacent to the off-street parking area. The rooms are all generously sized but actually seem even larger as the ceilings are 10'. The floors are wood, the living room has a bay window and all windows have interior wooden shutters. There is both a front and rear private entrance. Each unit controls their own thermostat. If you want to be near campus/downtown, this is probably as quiet as you will find - we are a block from Mercy hospital. The eat-in kitchen has a gas stove.
