This is a great spot! We are looking for someone to take over our lease come May 1st. This apartment is set up like a townhouse. On the first floor there is the kitchen, dining and living room along with a half bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with laundry. There is also a full private basement fantastic for storage. The neighbors are great! And we will be sad to leave. This apartment is managed by a property management company and they are fantastic. The maintenance staff is amazing and will come fix anything for you extremely fast they are also great with snow removal. The apartment is very efficient and has very low utility costs.
