This customized strong solid brick house is located on the top of a hill surrounded by mountains and woods all around. The AT trail (Appalachian Mountain Trail) access is right out of this house gate. The nice clean air and water made us healthy and nice neighbors and good church made us happy. We really enjoyed this house and environment for last 7 years. We bet we will miss this house a lot, but we need to move to another state far away, so we are now looking for a new house owner to love this house and environment. We have kept improving this house since we bought it in 2014. We finished the main house walkout basement (very nice full basement with specious bedroom and a full bathroom) in 2015, put asphalt pavement on both huge drive ways and 950 feet long private road in 2019, built a fence in between our neighbor’s property and ours with electric fence and made a big nice garden (3600 square feet with electric fence around the garden) last year. We built breezeway in between the detached guest house and the main house to legalize to rent the guest house legally. For the guest house, we made another entrance door, rebuilt the deck, changed new carpets on entire house, and repainted. You can rent it over a $1000 a month which would be a good extra income source for you. The wood burning outdoor furnace (HEATMOR) will save your electricity and keep you warm as well as the new central heating system. We have installed a new central heating and air condition system last year. This house is now ready for a new owner just to move in and enjoy. There is nothing to do. We spent over $110,000 and improved a lot on this house for last 7 years.
