I will be doing my co-op back home next semester (Spring 2015) and am looking for a subleaser for my room in the 4 bedroom house. Very large room, a walk in closet, and attached personal full bathroom. Parking right in front of the house. Don't have to worry about finding a spot or walking from a far away spot. I have 3 great (male) roommates, all of which do a great job of being responsible and doing their part in the house. Rent is negotiable. Now known as Cottages of Clemson.
