The available bedroom is on the 3rd floor. We have window a/c throughout the apartment, including one you can use in your bedroom. The kitchen is large, bright, and updated, and there's coin op laundry in the basement. It's a great neighborhood with an excellent landlord. Street parking has never been a problem. There's a bus to the red line (Kendall) out front and buses to the orange and green lines nearby. No smoking please. The one year lease starts 9/1. The rent is $883 per month. First month and security deposit ($933) are due at signing. We pay gas, electricity, and internet.
