Centrally located in Chico so just a short drive to downtown and freeway access. Rent is $1800 per month (tenant to pay all utilities). Security deposit is $1800. Sorry no cats allowed. Dogs considered with monthly pet rent per dog (age and breed restrictions apply). Available in early March. Month to Month lease term. RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of $500 is required. This holding deposit is non-refundable at time of receipt and will only be refunded if applications are not approved. A holding deposit is required before any applications will be accepted.
