It was AirBnB for 2 years & 100% 5 Star ratings--so it's a nice place with a great Landlord:) All lights are on dimmers. End unit with South, East & North facing windows & French doors going out into a lush back yard (apple tree, blue berries, herbs, green thumbs are welcome). Heated floors. Nobody living next door to you--only 2 very clean and responsible adults living upstairs. The neighborhood is full of Victorian houses & is a beautiful, quiet, very popular location that is close to everything. Bike Share, Dog Park, Kid Park, Crispus Attuck's hidden park all within a couple blocks. Our local restaurants (example, Red Hen), bars (Showtime), pubs (Boundary Stone) & cafes (Big Bear) are very popular destinations & only blocks from the apartment. 15 minute walk/4 min bike ride to Shaw/Howard Univ Metro or New York Ave Metro. Walk or Bike to U St Corridor, Shaw, 9:30 Club, Howard, Children's Hospital, DC reservoir, the Capitol, etc. I'm open to a small pet if it is non-destructive and gets along with my awesome cat, Boo who spends time in the back yard. Owner pays for Cable & WiFi. Tenant pays for electricity.
