Very spacious living/kitchen area. Has a dishwasher as well as in unit laundry. House is already furnished you would only need to bring your personal items for your room. We do have a shared office space as well. Each room has a personal bathroom we also have a half bath downstairs for guest. Fenced in backyard, rental company has a 50 pound limit for animals. Lawn care and trash are included in rent. Everyone takes turns buying things for the common area such as trash bags and dishwasher pods. Laundry stuff is your own personal stuff. 3 other girls currently live at this property all very quiet and very clean. Off the street parking, very spacious driveway. We would be doing an add on release which is a 200$ fee no deposit required, the current deposit stays with the house so if you finish out the lease you will receive a part of that current deposit. I do not mind paying the fee or splitting it with you whatever you prefer! The current lease will be up in July 2025 to my knowledge.
