Had this listed recently and was overwhelmed with the response, as I did not have a place to yet. That is now resolved. I will consider all offers. Winter Park chain of lakes condo complex! This unit has been meticulously upgraded, you don't need to do a thing. All major systems have been upgraded including a new electrical panel, water heater, and brand new A/C in 2014. Kitchen was gutted, opened up to living space, newer cabinets, appliances, and granite counters with pendant lighting over the breakfast bar. Wood floors in the living area and an updated bathroom. Guest room recently repainted grey/blue, so it is not that odd lime color in the photos. Washer/dryer in the unit. Beautifully kept complex, with a pool overlooking the lake and a clubhouse with patio. Shuffleboard (I have never seen anyone use), putting green and a large deck over the water. Private boat slips are purchased separately and come available a couple times per year I have noticed. Public boat launch less than a half-mile away! I can be out in 30 days. Willing to include many of the furnishings. I'm getting out of the city, as I simply was never meant for big cities . . . apparently not even the suburbs. Worth noting, these buildings are built in a way newer units are not. Cinder block walls and even concrete subflooring between the first and second level. Doors and windows maintained by the association, and I am due for new doors (simply have not put in the order).
