Western Hills offers 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath Apartments. All units have a stove, refrigerator, walk-in closet and air conditioning. Included in your rent is trash. The tenants are billed monthly for the water and sewer bill. Every unit will have 1 GIG of lightning fast Internet (dedicated to that unit) and its own WIFI (dedicated) network as well. There is a $33 monthly charge added to your rent for this. That is inclusive of all taxes, fees and modem rental. This is an $80+ per month value that we are able to get for a fraction of the cost by doing it in a bulk agreement. Should the unit have new carpet - the rent will increase by $10 per month. There is a $50.00 application fee, and a $100.00 security deposit on all units (assuming a good credit and rental background check) Water is billed based off of usage thru the portal. You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense. We allow neutered spayed cats, for an additional $200 non-refundable deposit and an additional $30.00 per month per cat. A separate pet agreement must be signed before getting the cat. Western Hills also has a tenant garden for our tenants to share. Western Hills is conveniently located close to USI, Bristol Myers, University Shopping and the Mesker Park Zoo. Coming west on Lloyd Expressway, take the North Barker Exit. Stay on Barker thru the stop sign and then go left at the T on Mt. Vernon Ave.. Go to the top of the hill and turn right at the 4 way stop on Harmony Way. Go past Mater Dei High School and then take a left on Rodenberg. Take another left at the stop sign on Western Hills Drive, and we are at the end of the street on the right.
