A 2 bedroom, 2 full bath mobile home, newly renovated with brand new carpet and flooring throughout. "Roommate Suite" living. Rooms are on opposite sides of the house, and your bedroom is attached to a full size bathroom with separate door. There is a spot for a washer and dryer, though I do not have one yet. If you want to bring one all bills will be separated evenly. Rent is $600 a month and the bills don't run very high. I don't have cable, but again, can add if we split the bill. It's a great house Also, you're room will have a large size walk in closet. :) sorry, no cats/dogs allowed.
