THE RENTAL: This is located in Fort Myers off from San Carlos Blvd, near the Target Supermarket. From here it is 3 1/2 miles to the main beach of Fort Myers Beach. The half-duplex house-unit has its own, private, fenced backyard with a large private outdoor hot-tub and a private, screen-enclosed lanai. Pets are permitted with proof of a pet liability insurance. We have a $35 monthly 'Pet Fee' per pet. The limit would be 2 pets with approval. FURNISHED OPTIONS: Plan A) Without a credit, background check or rental application, you get a monthly 30-days-booking agreement, which may start at any calendar day, and a fully furnished unit with power and water included. You pay US$ 1,655 move-in-cost and per month. This plan is a month-to-month plan. You can extend one or multiple month at any time. For each booked month is a 20% deposit required and the 80% remaining rent is always due 7 days prior the next rent-term-begins. To rent by this plan simply use our webpage to book online and choose in the opening calendar first your move-in-date and next choose a date 30 days from that date. Make sure you choose at least 30 days to automatically receive the above quoted monthly (30-days) rate. Plan B) With approved credit, background check and rental application, you get a 6 to 12 month rental agreement and a fully furnished unit with power and water included. You pay US$ 1,500 per month This Plan B requires US$ 1,500 security deposit. UNFURNISHED OPTION: Plan C) With approved credit, background check and rental application, you get a 6-12 month rental agreement and an unfurnished unit. Water and power are not included. You pay US$ 1,350 per month For "last and security" are US$ 2,700 security deposit required. Please note: In Plan B) and C) a tenant credit and background check fee is required ($40 per adult)
