That includes gas, electricity, sewer and water. The renter is also responsible for maintaining the yard. Mowing, picking up leaves, keeping the gutters clean, and trimming trees. As well as making sure the basement stays dry. Any issues with the house must be reported to the property manager and they will handle hiring out the repairs.
