This is basic, simple, clean, quiet place in an excellent location * It does not have Maid Service -- listen up, this means 'Mom does not live here' so please please clean up after yourself. Respect your roommates, keep common area clean clean clean! Thank you! Coined-laundry on site so no excuses! * It does not have a dishwasher -- this means you will have to do your own dishes! * It does not offer LIMO service -- but it is located right along TRAX/Light rail and bus lines, the nearest trax station is the University station by football stadium which is 1 1/2 block from our complex. Also right along bus lines that comes in front of the building. As you can see, we are not your Mercedes or Jaguar, more like Honda...dependable, reliable, affordable, better than comparable, excellent customer service, and our reputation is build on Trust & Integrity!
