The home has newly refinished hardwood floors throughout. I purchased a brand new central air conditioning and heating system just last year. I am currently remodeling the bathroom and boy will it be nice! The back yard is fenced in and has a sprinkler system. You, the tenant are responsible for the maintenance of the yard=mowing and watering, weeding. If this is not you go rent an apartment. There is a one car attached garage and a carport in the backyard area. Parking is also available on the street. I require a one year lease and you must pass a background check in addition to showing proof of income ranging 3-4 times amount of rent/month. I will do the math for you. Income is equal to or greater than $6,300/month. I have my own rental application and my own service that I pay to run a credit check. I have owned this property for 22 years and I know what I'm doing. NO smoking. Pets negotiable. Maximum one dog. I will not show the home unless we actually speak over the phone. That way I can get to know you, your situation, your room mates, pets, etc. This is called pre-screening. In addition it is a courtesy to the tenants. One year lease. First and last months rent due plus security deposit.
