Also a huge backyard!! Driveway available for parking. Garage suitable for storage. Landscaper comes once a month to take care of property. There would be one person living on the floor below you. The washer and dryer is in their unit but still very accessible and can coordinate with them to use. The person downstairs had friends living upstairs who moved out and is now looking for a new lovely roommate(s). The downstairs unit has its own kitchenette and fridge, which is mainly what they use, so there is a ton of privacy for everyone. They have their own entrance as well, however they would ideally come up once a month or so to use the kitchen. All photos shown are of the upstairs unit, plus the backyard. Location is just east of downtown. Echo Park, Highland Park, Arts District, Pasadena, etc. all easy to get to. Please come visit to see the place if interested! Located off of Wabash in the hills of Boyle Heights. I lived here for many years but had to move away and out of town. Water, gas and electric not included in rent.
