Laundry included! (P.S. I will get more pictures hung up soon. Please be patient) There is off-street parking available off of the alley. It has a main floor bathroom and has a tub/shower combo. The basement has a beautiful 3/4 bath (sink, toilet, and newly tiled walk-in shower). Heating is natural gas. It has central air. The cooking range is gas. There is a dishwasher The house is a no smoking house. I would prefer the house be no pets, but will consider it for small pets with a pet deposit, great rental references, and monthly pet rent. Pet deposit depends on size of pet and is refundable with no damage. Pet rent is $40 per month per pet. I do require a rental application and I check all references to include previous rental history, employment, criminal and potentially credit histories. Sorry no Section 8. The deposit is equal to one months rent. The lease is a one year lease ending May 31, 2021 with the option of a year-to-year renewel there after. Most importantly, I provide free laundry (no coin-op) in the house. All I ask is for you to treat the machines gently with small loads and not let friends use them.
