The house is beautiful and very well maintained. It's close to campus and downtown Carbondale, but tucked away on a quiet street. It has an open living space and a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have large closets and nice natural light. The landlords take care of all maintenance issues and lawn care. We loved living in this house. The length of the lease will be May 1st 2018- end of July 2019. If you need to move in before May 1st that can be arranged. Please do not contact us unless you can move in on or before May 1st. The street is family-zoned which means no more than two unrelated people can live in the house. No pets allowed You will be responsible for all utilities (water/sewage/garbage and electric).
