Hi, Today is 2/13/2022 I want to correct and explain some changes, The property Is now fenced, There is a very large external storage area, Now when I say exterior storage I need to be clear, When I moved in on 9/3/2009 I had a utility trailer I sold it to my best friend It was 6 x 12. I had it custom built it was 1/2 foot lower to the ground and another half foot shorter for a total of 1 foot closer to the ground, I was aware that anything we have cannot protrude over the 6ft white vinyl fence, So I had 3 rows of cement ruts dugout and cement was placed, So the 3 wheels could be below the surface of the ground, Now with the trailer gone, Now there is 14 x 22 ISH size storage area with gates in the front and rear, Besides 3 trash cans, I have my AC hidden back there, The next thing built was pull down stairs OVER the 400 sq foot garage, That allowed me to have floors and was lighted, Its great for storage of suitcase, Christmas tree, And decorations, EXTRA TILE THAT I BOUGHT ON PURPOSE FOR FUTURE USE, and cement, The height is not high but there is plenty of dead storage,
