Subleasing a 2 bedroom 1 Bath apartment that is steps from Addison (300 feet from the big red sign) Has in-unit washer and dryer, 3 parking spaces included, dishwasher, and the landlord is a gem! He is super responsive and willing to fix anything that has arose very quickly! Each room is a decent size! Our lease ends in late June but the option to renew is there! We only pay gas, electric, and internet outside of our rent. Rent is 1800.
