Old house 6 miles from Aspermont in a community called Swenson. The house needs work but it is livable. Roof is in good condition and doesn't leak. Some of the things that need to be done are the siding. The original siding is in poor condition. We started putting up new siding but didn't finish. Siding materials are there but may not be enough to complete all of the siding. It also needs a deep cleaning, paint and flooring throughout, new light fixtures, new Front and back doors (the ones on it are functional but look like they are 50+ years old) and fix the broken sheetrock in the kitchen ceiling. Everything in the house is functional just old and ugly and has probably never been updated. Bottom kitchen cabinets have been replaced and it has new counter tops. It has lots of closet space. Comes with 1 acre of land that will need to be surveyed to get accurate property lines. Heating is propane space heater with thermostat and it would need a/c window units for cooling. No central air unit. Sewage is on private septic tank. I do not know much about the septic tank except that we did not come across problems with it. Water is on a city meter, there is no well water but it does have an old underground water cistern that I know nothing about. No owner financing or rent to own.
