I've loved living in this 2-bedroom condo, just steps from The Village at Totem Lake for easy dining, shopping, and more. There's even a nearby plaza with local eats and a grocery store. Commuting is a breeze with direct buses to Seattle and Bellevue downtown. The condo is welcoming and practical, with a working fireplace, ceiling lights, and AC in the living room. There's room to relax on the private deck, and the primary bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet and space for a sitting nook. Pets are right at home here too, and cats will enjoy the unique wall-mounted fixtures. Parking is easy with a covered carport and ample guest spaces. I've enjoyed every bit of it, and I hope you do too! Owner pays for water, internet and garbage. Renter is responsible for electricity: in summer time electricity bill is about $60; in winter time I usually pay less than $200 without using the fire place. Before signing the lease, I would request renter to get a background check from a third party.
