The house has been painted inside and out, the back yard is large enough for entertaining, dogs, a great place to raise children , and to have pets, it's a quiet neighborhood . There is a 4th bedroom downstairs with an egress window, we have several guest and this is a great get away for them or yourselves, wood floors are in living room #1 and basement. My favorite areas are the upstairs deck that overlook the Highline Trail and the private deck that sits behind the garage. We do all entertaining in the large sun room that looks into the large backyard that has been beautifully landscaped. New roof in April 2016, and new roof on the private deck up above the sun room
