Below market rate (~$200)! I inherited this lease which is why its below market. Very quiet and private apartment on the top floor that looks out onto the wooded area behind the building. Ive been here for 4 years, and I'd stay for more if I wasnt having a baby in several months and in need of a bigger home. Great neighborhood that is halfway between the hospital campus and downtown Ann Arbor (easy walking distance to both: 10 min to the hospital so you wouldnt have to deal with the cost and nightmare of parking!). Also a 5 min walk to the lazy river launching point during the summer months. Clean on-site laundry down two flights of stairs so very easy to do laundry, and Ive never had to wait to use them! Each apartment comes with a storage area on the first floor to put extra boxes etc. The complex has a gym with standard equipment (weights, treadmill, stationary bike, cable tv) that you get access to at no extra fee. Im hoping to move out in early-mid June 2021, but can be flexible. Owner pays water utility/trash pick-up (total ~$40/month) and electricity (~$35/month). Each unit includes one uncovered parking spot just outside the front door. Pets welcome ($25/month rent). Management and maintenance are very responsive and fixed the 1 minor issue I had (tight faucet handles) within 24 hrs. If you are interested, the management company will oversee the lease transfer.
