It's in a safe, upscale neighborhood, and you'll have your own parking spot honestly, it's been such a great place to live. The townhouse has a large living room, dining area, a huge kitchen, and a sunny, spacious bedroom. There's also a backyard with a fireplace and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The available room can be furnished with a bed or left unfurnished, depending on your preference. It has a good-sized closet with shelves, and there's extra closet space around the house as well. I have a super friendly Golden Retriever/Husky mix, who's chill and great with people. I'm looking for a clean, respectful roommate. I'm pretty laid-back and open, and you're welcome to have guests or entertain, as long as the place stays well-kept. I'm 33 and tend to be out a lot, so you'll have plenty of privacy.
