The house itself needs work. The property was basically purchased for the land [15 acres]. My original intent had been to knock the home down and start over. However, plans changed. Although the home needs work it is livable as I have been here for over 4 years now. Of the 15 acres, about an (1) acre of the property immediately behind the back of the house is fenced in so there is plenty of room for you and any animals to enjoy without worry of them running off. Check out the videos attached and pictures. I haven't taken any of the more heavily forested woods to the back of the property. I am in NO HURRY to sell. I really do love this place. As such, I am rather firm on what it will take to get me to sell and move, so please respect that and if you make an offer, be sincere and understand my mindset, regardless of what you may think of it.
