This house is a great starter home, and has served us well! It has a huge kitchen with an island, a large dining area, stainless appliances, a cooktop range, a brand new A/C unit in 2008, several built ins, and a cute little fireplace. The master bedroom has his/hers closets. It has a one car garage, with the laundry hook-ups in the garage. A HUGE lot and a covered patio for entertaining. We also put in new lighting throughout the home and had new counter tops installed. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. This is such a great house! Neighborhood Description Sugar Creek is a wonderful little town within the surrounding city. They take great care of our roads and it has such a small town atmosphere. The neighbors are wonderful and kind. We love it here, but we need to move closer to family.
