There is a one car garage and 1.5 car shop (tandem to garage) and tons of off street parking. Room to park a boat or RV on the driveway (tandem). The whole yard is fully fenced front and back. The beach is accessed across the street on a switchback trail or by car through the Arroyos. The trail leads down to a park and access to an almost always-empty private beach that will take you all the way to Lincoln Park or down to Seahurst Park when the tide is out. Great for kayaking too.
