There is a porch where that can be done. -Pets are allowed but if damage occurs then we will have to assess damage at end of lease and damage can exceed deposit - 2000 per month, fully furnished, 2500 dollar deposit, October 15th - April 15th, first 2 weeks will not be prorated.
