Dog-Related Rules: -No additional dogs or pets are allowed on the property at any time, other than a dog that has been formally approved. -Dog guests are to be kept off furniture, beds, all bedding, and cleaned up after daily. (Please use dedicated blankets if needed to protect furnishings) -Wipe dog's feet when coming in from the yard. -Dogs may not be left alone in the home at any time. If an unavoidable circumstance requires your dog to remain inside, they must be securely crated. Unattended or uncrated pets can cause damage, experience stress, and create noise disturbances, so this rule is strictly enforced. Home Care: -No shoes to be warn inside the home. -Keep windows and doors closed when heating the home or using the portable AC. -Do not wash blankets, rugs, or comforters in the washing machine. -Leave the washer door ajar to prevent mildew. -Empty the dryer lint trap after each use. -Use minimal HE detergent about 1 tablespoon per load Guests and Stays: -NO ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS beyond the original booking. -For stays longer than one month, owners will conduct a monthly walkthrough to check systems and home condition.
