It a very cozy warm small house , it's good for small family or students, new married couples just start new life together. The house have full uses daily like Refrigerator, stove, Washer/ Dryer, kitchen, Microwave. It closes by UCSD. Supermarket, Gas Stations, Church, Mira Mar College. Asian Plaza , UTC.. I will do flat fees including Ultilities for you as long as you stay in this house. It better if you not smoke but if you do please go outside smoke.
