Neighborhood Description . The Dogwood Lane of today is a sort of in-corner "L" dogleg, running from Old Bethlehem Road to West Thatcher Road in Haycock Township of northern Bucks County. It was the "driveway" 200 years ago for the 100-acre family farm that lived in the stone two-story farmhouse which is now 1135 Dogwood Lane. The soil here was indeed especially good for farming.
