Looking for a short-term, fully furnished rental apartment close to downtown? The apartment is part of our duplex home, located 1 mile from Monument Circle in downtown Indy. We are in the historic and beautiful Holy Cross neighborhood, just a 15 minute walk to Mass Ave, 30 min. walk to Circle Center Mall & Banker s Life Fieldhouse. We are close to 2 major bus lines (Bus #3 on Michigan / New York St., and Bus #8 on Washington St.), and just a 45 min. walk to IUPUI. There is a park located directly behind our house with a panoramic view of the Indianapolis skyline. We have a labradoodle, a fenced in backyard, and street parking. The apartment, located at 1144 E. Ohio St., is fully furnished, and has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and two closets. Appliances include a stackable washer/dryer unit, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The bedroom has 2 single beds, or a king size bed when pushed together. It also has a dresser, wardrobe, and bedside table. Living room has an IKEA sleeper/sofa, TV stand with cable TV, laptop end table, and lamps. There is a bar with stools for dining. We are a quiet family, and therefore would prefer quiet tenants (i.e. no loud parties). No smoking or pets allowed. We especially welcome internationals or international students - preferably a single student, or a married couple. The space is not ideal for more than 2 people, although friends/guests are allowed for visits.
