Water's Edge is a very safe and clean community in Coral Springs. It is three stories tall and this unit is located on the third floor. It is a cozy apartment and a great place to call home. Vaulted ceilings with a gorgeous view of the lake. Replaced air-condition in 2021. New stainless steel appliances and a new washer-dryer that are not shown in the pictures. The building has elevators as well as a small storage unit on the premises. Water and garbage disposal are included with the rent. Tenant responsible for cable and FPL. Small dogs are allowed under 25 lbs. One parking spot per unit, the second vehicle will need to park in a guest spot. 100 dollar application fee to the condo association for background check and approval.
