Zillow is nuts. Exact same house down the street sold for 425,000.00 6 mo. ago and sits on a 1/4 acre. Mine sits on a 1/3 acre with another 11/2 car garage in the back, a gas fire place, metal gazebo, front deck, back covered deck, lower patio, third car port that is fenced and parking on the side for a small RV, landscaped way beyond the other house. it's been paid off for over 5 years, and the three bedrooms are bigger compared to the dinky 4 bedrooms in the other one. This place blows the other one away in so many ways and Zillow thinks it's worth 15k less. Shows what they know. Can't touch this place for less than 450k and I'll bet I could get more. No way would I pay 6% commission either. This place sells it's self. Did I mention sprinkler system, pricy above ground pool with trex stairs/platform and trees I planted myself 30 years ago. Grape vine trellis with pavers, and one hell of a Gardner for a wife. Kitchen has stove in the island with overhead vent and granite tops on 3/4in boxes. Very large laundry room with 2 closets and stairs are inlaid with hardwood and tile with oak rail, dinning room with built in cabinets at the half wall over the stairs. Pella wood,aluminum clad windows. Told ya. Blows the competition away. Living room is downstairs for a larger dinning room upstairs. So, again Zillow know nothing! Did I mention the upgraded/vented roof thats 2 years old. Not another one like it any where near here. oh well, not for sale anyway. Yet.
