Utilities are included in rent. I have 4 rooms available in my downstairs apartment. The two smallest rooms will be $425 a month, one medium room (fully furnished with desk, bed, dresser, closet, shelves) will be $450, and the largest room will be $475. There is a seperate side entrance with stairs down to the basement. There is a washer/dryer downstairs next to the kitchen. I have a table with chairs, fridge, oven, microwave, sink, and shelving for the kitchen. The living room area has a desk to study at, a couch and TV, foosball table, and some small tables. Outside i have lots of yards space, a shed for storing bikes or items, a grill and smoker that is available to use, a place for anyone to garden along with strawberries and grapes that grow around my house that you can eat as well. I have a long driveway that has plenty of parking spots for everyone. No dishwasher (I will be putting a dishwasher in the basement in the near future). There are not pets allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There is lots of parking but you will have to double park to fit 4 vehicles but also have plenty of street parking. No oil changes will be allowed on the property.
