This apartment has three bedrooms and two baths total with a washer and dryer, spacious kitchen and living area. The complex has a pool, small workout area, pool table, basketball hoop, and tennis court. I really need someone to sublease/take over my lease that will end in July(but is always renewable). My room is the master bedroom which includes a personal bathroom, large mirrored closets, and ceiling fan. The rent is $390 per month, plus utilities and PGE.
