The fishing-themed finished basement provides ample space for you and your guests to relax and watch movies on the new 58-inch HD television with surround sound (features include HD cable, Blu-ray DVD player, PS3 and an Apple TV). There is also a poker table(no smoking please). Nothin Dune boasts high speed wireless internet throughout and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system, which allows you to play your favorite Pandora station anywhere in the house with your smart phone. The outdoor patio and cooking area has a gas grill and a long dining table with enough chairs for the entire family. The yard provides a great place to sit, cook, spend time with the family or enjoy a drink while watching the amazing sunset. It?s big enough to play a game a whiffle ball or set up a badminton court. Please avoid walking on the dune itself, as there is plenty of grass to enjoy. The finished gazebo overlooking the beach is a great place to catch a snooze in one of the two day beds, or read a book as you enjoy the lake breeze. A built in hot tub and gas fire pit are are just in front of the gazebo area and have great views of the lake year round. From there, a sturdy well maintained staircase leads you down to the private association beach where you and your guests can swim, read and enjoy Pure Michigan!
